Tuna Salad without mayo|fix approved |paleo| gluten free EASY & CHEAP

Do you love tuna salad or tuna sandwiches but haven’t found a good recipe that doesn’t include mayo? Well check this paleo, mayo, and gluten free recipe.

Not only, is it delicious but it is also great for a large family or for meal prep.

It serves 8
1 protein and 1 veggie per serving
Ingredients are

1 Leek
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
4 cans of tuna
1 can of black olives
1 green pepper
1 jalapeno
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
